ABOUT RICHARD D. BANK

RICHARD D. BANK is the author
of six
books. His most recent book is The Everything Guide
to Writing Nonfiction. Richard has written more than one hundred
articles, short stories, essays, poetry, Op-Ed’s, and book reviews for a
wide variety of publications including The Philadelphia Inquirer,
Moment Magazine, Midstream, Philadelphia Jewish Exponent, Northeast
Corridor, Voices International and Philadelphia Forum.
Richard has conducted
workshops at numerous writers’ conferences on such topics as getting
published, legal issues facing writers and writing nonfiction. He has
taught writing and publishing courses at the University of Pennsylvania,
Temple University, Montgomery County Community College and in the
graduate English, Publishing and Writing programs at Rosemont College.
Richard is a past president
of the Philadelphia Writers’ Conference and currently serves on its
board of directors.
